At approximately 5 p.m. on Friday (Sept. 27), the Dixon County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call regarding a single-vehicle accident on Fifth Street in Allen.
Allen-Waterbury Rescue and Wakefield Rescue responded. Those transported were one adult female and four juveniles. They were taken to Providence Medical Center in Wayne. Two individuals were treated and discharged and three were treated and transported to a higher level of care.
The Dixon County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accident and is being assisted by the Nebraska State Patrol.
