Beginning on Monday, Oct. 10, West 1st Street will be closed to both lanes of traffic on the east side of Lincoln Street. The closure will impact about 20 feet of the street. The closure is necessary to install a new water main.
The street will be closed for 2-3 weeks to allow for testing of the water main and replacing the concrete and bricks.
