Activities took place on the Wayne State College campus last week to welcome the freshmen class. Included in the weekend of student and family activities was a convocation at the Willow Bowl on Friday afternoon. Speakers included WSC President Dr. Marysz Rames, Student Senate President Carter Ossian and Wayne Area Economic Development Director Luke Virgil. The weekend provided an opportunity for students to get acquainted with other students and the campus. Classes for all students began Monday.
