After four decades of dedicated service, Boyd Doyle has officially retired from Northeast Power in Wayne, leaving behind a legacy of leadership, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to the company and the community it serves.
Boyd Doyle began his journey with Northeast Power in Osmond in 1984, starting as a lineworker.
Doyle’s impact extended beyond the workplace. Known for his volunteerism and community involvement, he has spearheaded charity events, mentored young professionals, and supported local causes. His passion for service has inspired many both inside and outside the company.
"He’s always the first to lend a hand and the last to leave when there’s work to be done. He truly embodies the values of Northeast Power," Northeast officials noted.
To honor Doyle’s contributions, Northeast Power in Wayne hosted a celebratory breakfast, where friends, family, and coworkers gathered to share stories and express gratitude. Doyle shared that he plans to spend his retirement enjoying time with his family and grandchildren and pursuing his passion for playing music.
