The Nebraska School Activities Association announced sites and pairings for next week’s girls basketball subdistrict play.
Winners and four wild card selections will advance to the 16-team district setup, with those eight winners advancing to the state tournament Feb. 29-March 3 in Lincoln.
Wayne is the host site for the C1-5 subdistrict and will face either Tekamah-Herman or Winnebago in a 6 p.m. semifinal on Tuesday.

C1-5 at Wayne High School
Monday — (4) Tekamah-Herman vs. (5) Winnebago, 6 p.m.
Tuesday — T-H/Winnebago winner vs. (1) Wayne, 6 p.m.; (2) West Point-Beemer vs. (3) Logan View/Scribner-Snyder, 7:30 p.m.
Thursday — Semifinals winners, 7 p.m.
C2-4 at Pender
Tuesday — (1) Pender vs. (4) Homer, 6 p.m.; (2) Wakefield vs. (3) Omaha Nation, 7:30 p.m.
