Wayne State junior volleyball player Taya Beller earned NSIC Offensive Player of the week after her performance at the California Irvine tournament last week.
Beller led the NSIC in points per set at 5.46. She also averaged 4.38 kills and 1.08 blocks per contest. She also hit .453 in the four wins for the Wildcats.
In the contest against Cal State East Bay, Beller had 19 kills and four blocks in the 3-1 win. She also had 14 kills and three aces in a 3-0 sweep over Concordia Irvine.
