Hundreds of bicycle riders will descend on Wayne on Thursday, June 11 and spend the night enjoying Wayne hospitality.
The riders will be part of the 44th annual Bicycle Ride Across Nebraska (BRAN) which starts in Valentine on Sunday, June 7 and travels through northeast Nebraska over the course of seven days before ending in Arlington on Saturday, June 13.
The community is working to provide plenty of activities for the riders and their families while they are in Wayne.
All of the events taking place throughout Wayne are open to the public and all are encouraged to make Wayne "the Best Home Town".
Riders will leave Wayne early on Friday, June 12 as they head toward Oakland.
