Blue Devil baseball back to work on home diamond, Wildcats on home diamond

For a second straight night, the Wayne High baseball team was on their home diamond. Also, Wayne State College softball and baseball were in action at home.

Back at Hank Overin Field on March 20, the Blue Devils () against Adams Central.

Wayne High (0-1) will next travel to the Washington County Fair Grounds visiting Arlington on March 23 at 4:30 p.m. with JV action to follow.

From the Pete Chapman Softball Complex, the NSIC opener (favored/) Wayne State College () Minnesota Duluth ().

The Wildcats (20-4, NSIC) will next host Bemidji State on March 21 at noon/2 p.m.

From the Pete Chapman Baseball Complex, the Wayne State College baseball team continued a stretch of nine straight home games during a three-game series with Concordia-St. Paul.

The Wildcats (13-9, 5-4 NSIC) will close out their series with CSP starting at noon on March 21 with a doubleheader.
