The Wayne High wrestlers came away with four medals and placed a close seventh in a tough Mid State Conference wrestling tournament held Thursday at Wayne High School.
The Blue Devils had three finalists, but could not come away with an individual title. Reece Jaqua, Juan Vergara and Reid Korth all came away with runner-up medals at 120, 138 and 160 pounds, respectively.
Dakota Spann was Wayne's fourth medalist, finishing fourth in the 170-pound weight bracket.
The Blue Devils will compete in district action next Friday and Saturday at Grand Island Northwest.
