After serving in the position for more than 40 years, Winside Village Clerk Carol Brugger has officially retired.
Brugger was honored with a Retirement Open House on July 1 at the Winside Village Office.
Carol started June 1985 as the Village Clerk and her last day was July 6, 2026.
