Wayne Area Legacy Fund, Nebraska Community Foundation, the Wayne State College chapter of the Nebraska State Education Association Aspiring Educators, Wayne State College Foundation, donors, volunteers, and local families are all playing a vital role in putting books into the hands of Wayne area children every month.
Nebraska Community Foundation has matched Wayne Area Legacy Fund’s $3,000 donation to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library for a combined total of $6,000. This follows the successful 9-25 day challenge, where the WSC Aspiring Educators successfully collected over $4,700 from the local community and a matching donor.
The partnership highlights the strength of collaboration to support Wayne area’s youngest learners.
