With a camp theme of "CoHoLo Rodeo Roundup," the Children's Cancer Camp of Nebraska Celebrated 2026 with several camps this summer.
The camp is located at Camp Fontanelle near Nickerson,
Among those attending a recent session was 12-year old Elladee Ronhovde of Wayne.
In addition there was a barn dance, team building and "lots of games" for the campers to take part in.
While at camp, Elladee was able to connect with Hope, a friend she had made when she was hospitalized last year.
When asked what she will remember most about the camp Elladee said, "how much fun we had and how nice everyone was."
