After investigation by the Medicaid Fraud and Patient Abuse Unit of the Nebraska Attorney General's Office, a 32-year old Wayne woman has been charged with two crimes.
Kayleen Roberts, 32, is charged in Madison County with theft by unlawful taking worth $5,000 or more, a Class II A Felony and Fraud to Obtain Payment on behalf of a recipient of medical assistance.
Assistant Attorney General Justin J. Hall filed the affidavit and citation/complaint on July 6.
