City crews were in downtown Wayne on Monday checking the Christmas lights on the buildings on Main Streets.
The Wayne Electric Department department went from building to buiding, checking lights and installing new bulbs where needed.
Brian Loberg, with the Electric Department noted that while the total number of lights along Main Street is not known, if all the lights are lit, there should be a light every 18 inches on each of the building fronts.
Working with Loberg was Clayton Dredge, who spent most of his morning in the bucket working with lights.
