Clarence M. Giese, 94, of Fremont died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015 at the VA Hospital in Omaha.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 14 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont, with military honors. There is no visitation. Private family burial will be at a later date.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a charity yet to be determined.
Clarence M. Giese was born Nov. 13, 1921 in Wayne to George and Marie (Brudigan) Giese.
Survivors include his wife, Nettie “Lou” of Fremont; sons, Rick and Diane Giese of Amarillo, Texas, Terry and Barbara Giese of Estes Park, Colo. and David and Connie Giese of Fremont; eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and a soon-to-be-born great grandchild.
