Clara Osten, staff member at the Wayne Herald, was surprised with the 2022 Fourth Quarter Congeniality Award.
Melissa Nelsen, Chair of the Wayne Ambassadors, made the presentation during last week's Chamber Coffee.
The congeniality award was created and first presented in 1986 and is designed to recognized someone who "always tries their best to provide quality service."
