The Dixon County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene of a farm accident on Saturday, May 13.
The call came in at approximately 9 p.m. to an accident at 58475 861 Road in rural Wakefield.
The investigation revealed that Gerele Johnson, 63, of rural Wakefield had been run over by a piece of farm equipment.
Mr. Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
