County Clerk
This office is a three-part office that includes County Clerk, Election Commissioner and Register of Deeds
Clerk of the District Court
Counties with a population of over 7,000 are required to have a Clerk of District Court. District Court clerks must preside in court when in session and prepare and maintain court records.
