Due to a track restoration update for Kern Track, the previously scheduled Fall Sports Kickoff for Wayne High has been moved indoors to the Jr/Sr gymnasium still being planned for August 22.
This will be a great time to hear from the coaches as their student-athletes are introduced.
A free will donation meal in the commons starting at 5:30 p.m. There will be burgers, hot dogs and chips served.
The band and cheerleaders will perform starting at 6:15 p.m. followed by Booster Club announcements at 6:25 p.m.
Fall team introductions will last from around 6:30 - 8 p.m. to Blue Devil band, cheerleaders, dancers, football, boys and girls cross country, volleyball, softball and girls golf.
Booster Club members will also be on hand selling their sponsorships.
Become a 'Varsity' sponsor for up to $149 (receive two Blue Devil stickers), an 'All-Conference' sponsor between $150 - $299 (one adult all season pass/two stickers) or 'All-State' donor for $300 and up (two adult all season passes/two stickers).
