Several members of the Wayne Volunteer Fire Department and the Allen-Waterbury Volunteer Fire Department are curently enroute to help fight the wildfire in the Brady area that is burning hundreds of acres.
Wayne fire personnel left Wayne at approximately 6 p.m. on Saturday and plan to assist for several days.
Assistance is being requested from departments from across the state as fires continue to affect a large portion of the state.
