Wayne State College athletic director Mike Powicki announced Tuesday afternoon that the first finalist for the head women’s basketball position will be on campus for an interview on Wednesday.
The Wayne community will have a chance to meet the candidate in a campus/community forum scheduled to take place from 11:15-11:45 a.m. in the Meadowlark Room in the Wayne State College Kanter Student Center. Parking is available in Lot 10 or Lot 3 for members of the public.
The public is encouraged to attend the forum and meet the finalist along with asking questions.
Wayne State College will be communicating with other candidates this week to schedule the other on-campus interviews for the week of June 4-8. Specifics for those open sessions will be announced once arrangements are finalized.
