Francis "Frank" Wallace Plueger, 80, of Concord, died Sunday, July 2, 2023 at UnityPoint Health in Sioux City, Iowa.
Visitation will be held Monday, July 10 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home in Wakefield, with a prayer service starting at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, July 11 at 10:30 a.m. at Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home in Wakefield. Burial will be in the Wakefield Cemetery in Wakefield.
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
