Here are Monday’s summaries from the final day of the Great Northeast Nebraska Shootout:

Pender wins Blue Consolation girls tilt — Pender came from behind after a slow start to post a 71-68 win over Arlington to win the Blue Consolation matchup. Arlington led by as many as eight in the first half, but Pender was able to cut the lead to two at the half and took the lead for good in the final minute on a Michaela Wegner layup with 39.5 seconds to play. Ashley Ostrand scored 22 and Zoey Lehmkuhl added 15 for the winners. Taylor Wakefield led Arlington with 21 and Milee Young added 17.

Cedar takes Blue Consolation boys game — Hartington Cedar Catholic lit up Pender for 31 first-quarter points and came away with an easy win in the Blue Bracket consolation game. Myles Thoene led three Trojans in double figures with a game-high 21 points, with Matthew Becker adding 15 and Tate Thoene scoring 11. Sam Mailloux paced the Pendragons with 20 points.

Lady Knights take Girls White championship — Norfolk Catholic frustrated the Lady Bears in the first half and won the White Bracket with a 51-40 victory over LCC. The Lady Knights led by as many as 20 points in the second half and the Lady Bears tried to mount a fourth-quarter comeback, but couldn’t get any closer than nine points. Anna Kassmeier led a balanced Norfolk Catholic effort with 11 points and Hanna Neesen added 10. Lorna Maxon paced the Lady Bears with 10 points while Kinsey Hall, Erica Wolfgram and Delany Ehlers each had seven.

Cadets win Boys White title — West Point-Beemer pulled away in the second half to take a 58-38 win over Norfolk Catholic to win the Boys White bracket. Three Cadets finished in double figures, as Ben VanderGriend, Jesus Barraan and Zach VanderGriend each scored 14 points. Jack Marsden was the lone Knight in double figures, finishing with 11 points.

Lady Cadets claim Girls Blue championship — West Point-Beemer remained undefeated on the year, using a strong fourth quarter to get past Hartington Cedar Catholic 57-44. Sidney Swanson scored a game-high 22 points and Sierra Kile tossed in 18 for the Lady Cadets. The Lady Trojans were led by Maddie Weiseler with 14 points and Abby Hochstein with 13.

Bears bag Boys Blue trophy — Laurel-Concord-Coleridge rode the hot hand of Izac Reifenrath, who scored 14 consecutive points in the fourth quarter and finished with a game-high 29 to lead the Bears to a 67-62 win over Wayne in the Boys Blue bracket at the Great Northeast Nebraska Shootout. Wayne held Laurel — who scored 37 points in a quarter and 102 in a semifinal win two nights earlier — to just 32 points in the first half and led by four at the break. LCC tied the game on a Reifenrath 3-pointer and a Noah Schutte layup in transition, then took a 41-40 lead on a high-arcing 3-pointer by Reifenrath later in the period. Wayne erased a five-point deficit early in the fourth quarter on back-to-back baskets by Kallan Herman and Tyrus Eischeid, but Reifenrath took over and led the Bears tot the win. Schutte added 22 points and Cael Hartung had eight for the Bears. Eischeid led the Blue Devils with 23 points and Shea Sweetland had 10.
