Wayne High senior Kaden Kneifl was selected to play in the 2019 Shrine Bowl. Kneifl had previously played in the Masonic All-Star Marching Band during the Shrine Bowl and was up to be a junior band assistant but will be trading in the drum sticks for pads and a helmet this year. The game will be held on June 1 at the University of Nebraska-Kearney
