Wayne County Clerk, Deb Finn, announced Friday afternoon that there is a write-in candidate for the Wayne Airport Authority.
Mark Putnam filed Friday for a position on the board. There are two positions currently open and only one other candidate, Scott A. Hammer, is running.
The deadline to declare a write-in candidacy is Friday, Oct. 26. Election day is Nov. 6.
