A third straight road doubleheader was played in six nights for Laurel-Concord-Coleridge.
From Homer, LCC visited the Knights on Tuesday.
The Laurel-Concord-Coleridge girls suffered a 60-57 loss while the LCC boys won 60-39.
In the girls game, Homer led 22-20 after the first quarter before using an 11-3 advantage in the second. The host Knights led 33-23 at the half. LCC kept the game close thanks to an 18-15 third and 16-12 fourth. Final favored Homer winning 60-57. LCC fell to 1-2 as Homer moved to 3-0.
LCC leaders were sophomore Rena Rasmussen with 21 points, sophomore Carlie Kvols added 13 points as sophomore Kaida Eriksen tallied 11 points.
During the boys outing, no quarter scoring was provided. Final favored Laurel-Concord-Coleridge winning 60-39. LCC is off to a 3-0 start while Homer fell to 1-2.
Senior Gibson Roberts posted a team-high 19 points for the Bears.
The Laurel-Concord-Coleridge girls and boys will next host Tri Country Northeast on Friday, December 13.
