The Wayne Area Legacy Fund will be hosting a free Estate Planning Seminar on Tuesday, April 25.
The event begins with registration at 3:30 p.m. at the Wayne Senior Center with the program to run from 4 to 5 p.m.
Presenters will include Andrew Loudin, Estate Planning Attorney, Eric Knutson, a local attorney and Todd Mekelburg with the Nebraska Community Foundation.
The seminar, entitled "Top 10 Mistakes Made in Estate Planning" will focus on the importance of having an estate plan, how to minimize tax liabilities for families, taking full advantage of new tax laws and questions individuals should ask in order to leave a legacy that reflects their goals and dreams.
