Lois Carolyn Temme, 89, died Friday, June 14, 2024.
Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 8 at Greenwood Cemetery in Wayne.
Lois Carolyn Temme was born March 3, 1935 to Charles and Amelia Temme. Lois grew up in Winside and Wayne, and graduated from Hahn High School. She earned her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Nebraska. Lois lived independently and worked for 43 years as a psychiatric nurse in Omaha, retiring in 2000. She enjoyed her interactions with all her nieces and nephews, as well as the time spent playing bridge, cribbage, and making many cross-stitch ornaments. She lived in Des Moines Iowa for the last 12 years.
Survivors include four nieces and six nephews, including Vel Temme of Wayne.
