The Wayne boys are the fourth seed while the girls will be in the play-in game for the Mid State Conference basketball tournament that begins on Saturday.
Play-in games will be held at Pierce (boys) and Albion (girls), with girls quarterfinals starting Monday and the boys beginning Tuesday in Norfolk.
Medal-round games will be played Saturday, Feb. 2 at Northeast Community College’s Cox Activities Center.
