The Nebraska School Activities Association announced district assignments for cross country, girls golf, volleyball and softball for the 2017 fall season.
Wayne will compete in Class B in softball, Class C in girls golf and cross country, and Class C-1 in volleyball this season. Host sites for their district and subdistrict tournaments have yet to be announced.
In volleyball, Wakefield and LCC will compete in Class C-2, while Allen and Winside will be in Class D-2.
LCC will join Wayne in the C-3 district for girls golf this year. The host site has yet to be determined.
