The brackets have been set for the 2023 Elkhorn Valley Bank Great Northeast Nebraska Shootout that will rund Dec. 28-30 in Wayne.
Games the first two days will be played in Rice Auditorium at Wayne State College. On the final day, fifth- and seventh-place games will be held at Wayne High School, with third-place and championship games played at Wayne State College.
