Patricia A. “Pat” Sherry, 84, of Lincoln, formerly of Wayne, died Friday July 25, 2025 in Lincoln.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 8 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Wayne. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass at the church, with a rosary at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Wayne.
Memorials may be directed to the St. Mary’s Catholic Church Music Ministry and St. Mary’s School.

Patricia Ann “Pat” Sherry was born March 26, 1941 in Wayne to George Phillip Daniel and Frances Flavia (Marso) Sherry. She attended St. Mary’s Grade School and graduated from Wayne Prep School (Hahn High School). She then attended Wayne State College, University of Nebraska at Lincoln and Southeast Community College. Patricia married Gary Arlen Graham on Aug. 19, 1963 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Wayne. She taught piano for over 45 years, was a music teacher at Cathedral of the Risen Christ K-8 school in Lincoln, and managed the sheet music department at Dietze Music in Lincoln, before retiring to Wayne. Pat recently moved back to Lincoln to be closer to her sons' families.
She had been an active member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, serving as a church organist and choir director, and attended Bible study and Mary’s House. She was also a member of the National Association of Music Educators and a former Cub Scout Den Mother. Pat had a very strong Catholic faith, which she lived daily.
Pat is survived by her four sons, Jeffrey (Darby) Graham of Lincoln, Gregory (Hilary) Graham of Arvada, Colorado, John (Jamie) Graham of Lincoln, and Marc Graham of Lincoln; eight grandchildren, Lainey, Calvin, Ingrid, Rowyn, Beckham Whitney, Trent and Carson; brothers, George (Maryanne) Sherry of Lincoln and Michael (Susan) Sherry of St. Paul, Minnesota; sister-in-law, Carolyn Sherry of Wayne; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding Pat in death were her parents; brothers, Don Sherry and Robert (Susie) Sherry; nephews, Nicolas Sherry and Chris Sherry; niece, Barbara (Bill) Eaton; niece-in-law, Denise Sherry and former spouse, Gary Graham.
