The Wayne Police Department responded to a one-vehicle accident at approximately 5:05 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
A north-bound pickup truck left the roadway and struck a tree in the 600 Block of Logan Street.
The driver of the vehicle, who was alone, refused medical treatment.
The Police Department was assisted at the scene by members of the Wayne Volunteer Fire Department and the Providence Medical Center Ambulance crew.
The accident remains under investigation.
