Wayne Piecemakers Quilt Guild will host a Free Trunk Show and Workshop on Saturday, April 11. Presented by nationally known Quilt Educator Stash Bandit Dianne Harris, the Trunk Show and Workshop are funded in part by grants from The Nebraska State Quilt Guild and the Wayne County Convention and Visitors' Bureau.
The Trunk Show is open to the public and will start at 10 a.m. at State Nebraska Bank Campus Branch, located at 10th and Main Streets in Wayne.
During the Make Extraordinary Scrap Quilts Trunk Show, Stash Bandit Diane Harris will entertain the audience with a display of over 50 quilts to inspire and help quilters learn things to use in their own quilts. As an editor for Quiltmaker maker magazine for 11 years, Harris has much to share that she learned on the job.
Seats for the workshop are limited and reservations should be made early by contacting Irene Mock, 402-369-0883. A supply list and further instructions will be provided upon registration.
