Ruth Elaine Fuoss Hill, 86, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021 at an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma hospital.
She was born Jan. 30, 1935 on the family farm in Wayne County to Albert and Bonnie Fuoss. She grew up in Wayne County and was a graduate of Omaha Baptist Bible College. Being a Marine wife, she lived at several different Marine bases in her younger years. She lived in Illinois for many years before moving to Mustang, Oklahoma in 2000.
She was a member of Chisholm Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Christie Morris of Yukon, Oklahoma; brothers, Robert (Jan) Fuoss and Roger (Carol) Fuoss of Wayne; sisters, Judy Schroeder and Norma Baker of Dallas, Texas; eight grandchildren, JOdi Van Leer, Steven Hill, Kevin Hill, Aaron Hill, Ambrea Morris, Aleece Hurst, Austin Morris and Autumn Morris and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, LaVerne; son, Randal Hill and one sister, Mildred Fuoss Vance.
