Sharolyn passed after battling a rare form of cancer for almost a year. Even on the bad days, her faith never wavered for a moment.

Sharolyn Faye Biermann was born Aug. 30, 1961 to Morelle and Wiltrude (Peters) Toelle in West Point.  She was baptized at St John’s Lutheran Church in rural Beemer.  She attended Immanuel Lutheran School rural Beemer and later District #3 Public School in rural West Point. She was a 1979 graduate of Beemer High School and attended Northeast Technical Community College in Norfolk, graduating with an Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting. Sharolyn worked for 10 years as a bookkeeper and paralegal for lawyers John Feller and Gary Giese as Deputy and Real Estate Division. Sharolyn married Brian Biermann April 22, 1989 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wisner. The couple farmed and lived south of Wayne. Besides working in the Wayne County Clerk’s office for several years and farming with Brian, she followed her children Brandon and Jessica through sporting events, school, and work endeavors. She enjoyed reading, quilting, crocheting and knitting and gardening, flower beds and lawn work.  Sharolyn found her grandchildren to be her greatest joy and was ready to roll when it meant spending time with them.

Survivors include her husband, Brian; their children and grandchildren, Brandon (Carissa) Biermann and Braxton and Braydon and Jessica (Zachary) Fitz and Baker; her mother, Wiltrude Toelle; sisters, Natalie (Michael) Collies and RaLyne (Asion) Wolf; nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her father, Morelle Toelle, in 2018; and in-laws, George and Elaine Biermann.
