Northeast Nebraska Public Health Department (NNPHD) reported six new confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 in the health district May 26. As of Tuesday, test reports for people living in the NNPHD Health District of Cedar, Dixon, Thurston and Wayne Counties indicate there have been 872 COVID-19 tests conducted, with the following results: 12 positive cases, seven is Cedar, 29 in Dixon, 62 Thurston and 14 in Wayne; 725 negatives; and 35 pending tests.
Wednesday’s patients were four females and two males all from Thurston County in their 20s, 40s, 50s and 70s.
