Members of the Wayne High Speech team took part in the Hartington/HCC Invitational on Jan. 31.
In the team sweepstakes, Wayne's varsity team finished third behind host Hartington and champion Battle Creek.
Colby Raulston was crowned champion of Program Oral Interpretation followed by the OID of Colby Raulston, Aidan Bohnert, Gavin Anderson, John Piper, and Gabriel Armstrong, second; and
Next up for the Blue Devil speakers is the Home Show on Friday evening at Wayne High, followed by a “split squad” day at David City and Wausa on Saturday, Feb. 14.
