State Nebraska Bank & Trust held its annual Cook Off for a Cause to raise $345 for the local Wayne Food Pantry.
Thirteen bank employees prepared a variety of dishes all week, which employees could sample for a donation to the Food Pantry. Dishes included crab rangoon puffs, mini BLT sandwiches and blueberry cheesecake cookies.
Amber Schlines won favorite dish with her dill pickle pasta salad. Overall, bank employees have raised $3,600 for the Wayne Food Pantry through these annual cooking competitions.
