Blue Didgets (10-3): comments from coach Logan Masters: "Competitive group of boys that were a lot of fun to coach. They kept improving throughout the summer and finished 10-3 on the year."

White Digets (9-3) comments from coach Travis Holz: "The Wayne White Didgets baseball team had a successful season ending with a 9-3 record. The boys learned a lot about the game and had a lot of fun playing this season. They were a great time to coach and see them improve as the season went on."

Blue Broncos (6-6) comments from coach Jesse Titiml: "Great season with a great group of boys. We emphasized fundamentals, accountability and mental toughness from day one, and they made tremendous strides in those areas. Every single player improved, competing in incredibly close games and showing resilience throughout. We’re extremely proud of the growth, effort, and heart they put into every practice and every game. #BluesBros2025"

White Broncos (8-4) comments from coach Rod Greve: "This team was one of the best hitting baseball teams I have ever coached. I had eight boys hit over .400 with Braden (McManigal) hitting around .770. With new pitch count rules I had seven boys pitch this year and did a great job."

Ponies (18-4-1) comments from coach Joe Wendte: "This season was a huge success for the Pony Baseball team. These boys worked their tails off all season! We never had a problem with any of our 16 players showing up on time or missing. In fact, most guys would get to the park a half hour early and get their own work in before practices and games. That is what I believe shows true dedication to a team and sport. I had a blast coaching this team with a bunch of baseball loving players. I can't wait to see what the future holds for these guys, and hope to coach many of them in the future!"

Dirt Devils 16/18s (19-17-1): comments from coach Kim Vidlak: "This group of girls put in a lot of work every chance they got. Our practices were fast paced and always jammed packed with drills and ways to make us better. Whether it was with me or with each other, most of the girls worked outside of practice, both offensively and defensively. All the time and effort they put in gave us the success we ended this season with. They wanted to put the work in to see high results, and they showed. We overcame a lot of adversity when it came to being a small team, but it allowed us as a group to grow closer and stronger for next season."

Dirt Devil 14s (15-20) comments from coach Brooklyn Kruse: "We may not have ended the season the way we wanted to, but we saw major improvement with every single girl throughout the summer. Having confidence at the plate, on the field, and on the mound is one thing we challenged the girls to practice. We definitely saw this became stronger throughout the season as we fought in some really close games at state. We are proud of how far the girls have come but are more excited to see how far they go. We look forward to watching many of them play this fall in high school.

Dirt Devil 12s (24-16-1) comments from coach Sammi Gubbels: "This group of girls is a very hard working and talented group. As a team, we learned the daily glove work routine and tee work to improve their hitting. We played some tough teams in some hot weather but that did not affect the way the girls played. The girls worked hard in practice and outside of practice to reach their goals and this showed in every game. In the future I look forward to this team continuing to grow and improve. Thank you to all the parents for the support throughout the season."

Dirt Devil 10s Red (19-16-3): comments from coach Kari Moormeier and Kristi Nelson: “I saw girls developing the next level of skills from prior year as we are ultimately preparing them for the level of play at 12u.  Our batting average increased dramatically because we became more aggressive at the plate.  Lots of improvement from our first to last game of the season.” "We focused on trying to increase the girls’ knowledge of the game and become independent on saying out loud where is the play at and thinking what their role is each play in the field. But most importantly, we worked a lot on sportsmanship and what that should look like on and off the field and what it means to be a part of a team.”

Dirt Devil 10s Black (4-20-1): comments from coach Megan Virgil: "Jessica and I are incredibly proud of each player. This season has been a journey of growth and we have seen so much improvements in the girls. From the first practice to the final game, the players showed incredible dedication and a strong team spirit. We faced some tough opponents but managed to secure some wins at the end of the season."

Crush 11u (26-8) comments from Ryan Dunklau: "Most of the boys have been playing together for three if not four years now. We have a couple different players every year. But, these boys get along well. Playing for your “brother” to your left and right is a big part of how we are successful. Every team that has success leans on a handful of boys that fill up the stat page. We have a bunch of boys that can play at a high level. The best part is when one boy maybe didn’t have a great day someone else stepped up to help there team."

Crush 10u (23-7-2): comments pending from coach Russ Plager.

Crush 8u (22-8): comments from coach Aaron Williamson: "The 8U Crush team had a fantastic season, the boys worked hard and it paid off with two tournament wins and a top five finish at state.  I’m excited to see what else this group can accomplish in the coming years."

Wayne Dolphin Swim Team:  comments from coach Jaden Todd:  "What a great season this year! From swimming in fifty-five degree weather, to having eight dry-land practices, and two swim meets ending early, this seasons weather was out of control. The team pushed through though and worked very hard. After a total of eight swim meets and a whole bunch of practice, the team out performed at conference this year and brought home the first place medal out of ten other teams. Coach Krepel and I are very proud of all the Wayne Dolphin swimmers and the effort they put into the team this year. Great work Wayne Dolphins!"

Wayne Post 43 Juniors (17-6): comments pending from coach Mike Sturm.

Wayne Post 43 Seniors (22-2): comments from coach Robbie Gamble: "We feel really comfortable with our team whether it’s hitting with runners in scoring position, defense or pitching. Two out hitting was huge for us all tournament long. (Area). Our defense has been absolutely amazing all year.  We have been able to shut teams down with defense and pitching then score runs...(in preparation for the National Division) the competition will be fierce as usual in a Class B state tournament. Really proud of the team for having a target on their back all year and being able to have a very successful year but the boys know there is more work to be done."
