Northeast Nebraska Public Health Department (NNPHD) reported three new positive cases of confirmed COVID-19 within the health district on Saturday. As of May 9, there have been 362 COVID-19 tests reported for people living in the NNPHD Health District of Cedar, Dixon, Thurston and Wayne Counties. The results of these tests include 44 positive cases (Cedar - 5, Dixon - 22, Thurston - 14, and Wayne County - 3), 277 negatives, and 41 tests currently pending results. New patients include two males and one female with ages including 20s, 50s, and 70s.
