Twenty-six WHS students earn academic honors

A total of 26 Wayne High School student athletes were honored by the Lincoln Journal-Star on the 2021-22 Academic All-State list.

Student-athletes must carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.6 or better on a 4.0 scale and be a varsity starter or a significant contributing non-starter.

Names of the Wayne High student-athletes honored, including grade, GPA and participating sports, are as follows:
