Wayne State College athletic director Mike Powicki announced that two more finalists for the head women’s basketball position will be on campus this week for on campus interviews.
The finalists will visit the Wayne State campus on Tuesday and Thursday. Kyle Bent, head women’s basketball coach at Martin Methodist College, will be here Tuesday and Garet Sherman, assistant women's coach at the University of Maine, will visit on Thursday.
The Wayne community will have a chance to meet each candidate in a campus/community forum. All campus community forums this week will take place in Room 114 of Gardner Business Hall with Tuesday’s forum taking place from 10:30-11:00 a.m. and Thursday’s running from 11:15-11:45 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend the forums and meet each candidate along with asking questions.
