Next up for Rolling Hills Supply Post 43 Juniors (3-2) will be Max Greve Wood Bat Tourney pool play action in Wakefield on June 5 facing Wisner-Pilger/Dodge-Howells at 4 p.m. Post 43 Seniors (6-1) will begin their pool play on June 6 in Wayne facing Wisner-Pilger/Dodge-Howells at 10 a.m.
From Plainview, the Wakefield Post 81 Juniors won 11-6 while the Post 81 Seniors suffered a 6-4 loss against Plainview Post 148.
Wakefield Post 81 Seniors (2-2) are right back in action this weekend hosting pool play games for the Max Greve Wood Bat Tourney. Wakefield will open against O'Neill at 8 p.m. on June 5. The Post 81 Juniors (2-2) are off this weekend and return to play on June 10 hosting Ponca in a Juniors only contest.
From Tilden, Wayne White Broncos/Dodgets split road action.
The Wayne Broncos lost 6-5 in extra innings falling to 0-5 while the Wayne Didgets won 8-2 to improve to 3-2.
Next up for Wayne White 12U/10U will be June 8 home competition as the older team (Broncos) will entertain the West Point Bombers at 7:45 p.m. and the younger team (Didgets) will host Pierce Royal at 6.
From Wisner, Wayne Blue Broncos/Didgets won twice on the road.
The Wayne Broncos picked up a 15-7 win to improve to 6-0 while the Wayne Didgets secured an 8-2 win to now sit 4-1.
Next up for Wayne Blue 12U/10U will be road action at Stanton on June 8 at 6/7:45 p.m. Didgets will play first.
From Norfolk, Dirt Devil 16/18s split road action winning 11-0 followed by an 11-4 loss against Kelly's Fastpitch 15U - Fite.
The Dirt Devils (6-4) will next open the SEFSA Summer Showdown in Sioux Falls, SD this weekend. Dirt Devil 16/18s will open with games on June 6 against Yankton Fury Lancers 15U at 9:30 a.m., face WNS Elite 18U at 3 p.m. and end the day against Sturgis Slam at 5 p.m. Additional games are slated for June 7 TBD.
From West Point, Dirt Devil 10s Black swept West Point Diamonds 8U by scores of 15-5 and 8-3.
The Dirt Devils are now 9-9 on the season and will next open district action in Arlington on June 5 facing DC West at 7 p.m.
