After discussing the issue and having to have a second vote, the Wayne County Commissioners approved the salaries for county officials for 2027-2030.
The agenda item was tabled at the commissioners' last meeting and discussion on Tuesday began with County Attorney Amy Miller having the salary for her position separate from the other elected officials.
