The Wayne American Legion Juniors have the No. 3 seed for the Class B, Area 5 tournament that begins Friday in O'Neill.
Wayne will face second-seeded Columbus Lakeview in a 4:30 p.m. matchup. Top-seed West Point will face fourth seed O'Neill in a 7 p.m. contest..
The double-elimination tournament continues through Monday, July 10. The winner goes to the state tournament in Nebraska City.
The schedule is as follows:
Friday's Schedule -- Wayne vs. Lakeview, 4:30 p.m. Wes Point vs. O'Neill, 7 p.m.
Saturday's Schedule -- Losers bracket, 4:30 p.m. Winners bracket, 7 p.m.
Sunday's Schedule -- Losers bracket final, 5 p.m.
Monday's Schedule -- Championship game, 5 p.m. If a second game is needed, it will start 30 minutes after completion of the first game.
