Planes and pilots from across the United States are converging on the Wayne Municipal Airport for this year's WayneAmerica Fly-In. Many of these pilots are camping at the airport in tents and campers as they prepare for the traditional STOL and STOL Drag competitions.
As of Wednesday, more than 30 pilots were scheduled to compete in each category.
This year's event includes flying competitions, a Cruise-In, ACL Cornhole Tournament, nightly entertainment and a aviation panel to discuss career opportunities in aviation.
