The Wayne State College men's rugby team will play for all the marbles Sunday after winning in the semifinals of the Small College division Friday at the National College Rugby Championships in Houston, Texas.

The Wildcats earned a 28-10 over Catholic in a physical semifinal match at AVEVA Stadium, home of the Houston Sabercats of Major League Rugby. The win secured a spot in Sunday's 1 p.m. final against Cal Poly Humboldt, who beat Endicott 41-28 in the other semifinal.

This is the first trip to the championship finals for the Wildcat men's team in their 21-year history.

The championship game can be seen on the National Collegiate Rugby YouTube channel.
