Wildcats remain atop AVCA coaches poll

Wayne State maintains its spot at the top of the American Volleyball Coaches Association Div. II coaches poll.

The Wildcats received 41 of 47 first-place votes as the top 10 remains virtually unchanged from last week, the lone exception a switch between now-No. 7 Cal State San Bernardino and No. 8 MSU Denver.

Wayne State leads four Northern Sun Conference teams in the top 10 this week, along with No. 4 Concordia-St. Paul, No. 6 Southwest Minnesota State and No. 9 St. Cloud State. Minnesota Duluth is also in the rankings, staying at No. 14.

Other Central Region programs in the top 25 include No. 10 Nebraska-Kearney, No. 17 Central Oklahoma, No. 23 Central Missouri and No. 24 Rockhurst.
