It was right back to work for the Winside girls wrestling team with a second straight invitational.
From Plainview, the Winside girls were listed among the 15 teams who received points competing in Saturday’s Plainview Invite.
The Winside girls placed 13th with 28 points among their two wrestlers.
Adams Central won the Plainview Girls High School Invite with 216 points, Crofton followed in runner-up (163), Stanton took third (104), Ainsworth placed fourth (83) and Neligh-Oakdale rounded out the top five teams with 81 points.
Winside leaders were Lily Umbarger (145) placing third as Raylyn Behmer (115) followed in fourth.
The Winside girls wrestling team will next join their boys team hosting the Lewis and Clark Conference Invite on Thursday, Jan. 23 along with a road invite at Oakland-Craig on Saturday, Jan. 25.
